What will you learn?

Identify what’s holding you back and get to grip with the various factors that influence your performance and well-being. Develop your skills in how to spot a potential area of development and learn what actions to take to approach your situation in the best way possible.

  • Discuss the benefits and limitations of Fixed and Growth Mindsets and take away a framework which outlines the steps for developing an Ecological Mindset

  • How to identify emotional and psychological signals in yourself and others through (re)connecting with your senses and deepening your understanding of how emotions are made

  • How to apply different self-calming tools to reduce stress and keep your cool under pressure

  • How to use language to prime the brain for change, growth and staying positive through times of uncertainty

  • Examine the social rituals which we repeatedly play out to reduce conflict and enhance your confidence

What will we do?

You will be guided through a series of activities which will support your decision making by gaining new understanding on three fundamental building blocks which underpin peoples’ experiences of resilience and wellbeing issues.

  • The role of the setting. Explore the role of your social setting in guiding how you think, feel and behave. Map your personal 'risk village' in order to build a strong support network to help you implement the change you would like to make

  • The role of others. Get to grips with the top 10 mind games we all play and practice the essential skills to respond rather than react as you adapt to change. Take responsibility for your impulses and be accountable for your behaviour to enhance your personal and professional relationships

  • The role of the self. Change your internal dialogue and manage your emotions to improve your mental focus and presence. Strengthen your decision making ability in challenging or high pressure situations by taking control in key moments where a small shift in one thing can produce big changes in everything

Individuals and teams. This event is tailored for athletes, performing artists, entrepreneurs, directors and other pioneering talent from across the fields of business, sports and the arts.
