PRIORITY ADVICE LINE
Our Priority Advice Line is a dedicated channel of communication connecting members with their programme director. Once registered, your programme director is available to offer additional advice and guidance. If you have any questions or an emerging situation you wish to seek guidance on, no matter how big or small, please feel free to get in touch.
Type: Core feature. Available after annual registration.
Activity: Non-emergency helpline with 24/7 call back service.
Positive Health Check-ins
Our Positive Health Check-In sessions link you with tailored community resources and support to meet your unique needs. Receive practical advice on your situation as well as guidance in navigating services such as social activities, mental health support, and practical assistance. Experience the benefits of enhanced access to relevant resources, increased social engagement, and a holistic approach to health that complements traditional medical care. These sessions foster empowerment and support, ultimately improving your quality of life and personal fulfillment.

Activity: 30 minute online meeting. Limited number available per month. By private appointment on first come first served basis.

BlindSPOT webinar Series
An exclusive online seminar series which aims to communicate the latest theory and learning on individual and team resilience. During the session we will explore a number of common misconceptions and barriers which often hinder people’s psychological and emotional development; in a style which integrates lessons from latest research with an experiential practice designed to have maximum application in an applied setting.
Seminar Aim and Benefits:
Each month we focus on a different topic to offer a balanced approach to enhancing your understanding of resilience and the factors influencing your current situation
Provide an iterative platform for communicating the latest research and knowledge in the field of resilience to our clients in a practical, easily digestible format
Add value to an individual’s bespoke programme with additional theory and insight on key topics to enhance their development and client experience
Offer exercises as bite-size learning options for participants to take away and put into practice outside each session

Activity Type: 90 minute online seminar. 3rd Tuesday of each month. 09:30-11:00 or 16:00-17:30. (Registered members can attend up to 10 seminars per year)
Positive Health Scorecard
The Positive Health Scorecard is a comprehensive assessment tool that evaluates the key pathways for improving behaviours to enhance your physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. The scorecard provides you with personalised insights into your current wellbeing status, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. By understanding these key aspects, you can make informed decisions about your lifestyle, set realistic health goals, and track progress over time. Personalised Health and Wellbeing Plan
A Personalised Health and Wellbeing Plan is a tailored approach to achieving optimal wellbeing by addressing an individual's unique needs and goals. This plan includes specific strategies for improving physical fitness, mental resilience, and emotional balance, all based on an in-depth assessment of the your current wellbeing status. Benefit from a clear, actionable roadmap that guides your journey toward better wellbeing, with ongoing support and adjustments as needed. By focusing on personalised goals and interventions, this plan empowers you to take charge of your wellbeing, leading to sustained improvements in overall health and a more fulfilling life.

T-Cup Data Tracking and Wellbeing Analysis
Gain exclusive access to T-Cup; an online technology-based assessment tool providing personalised wellbeing support. We encourage you to use the T-Cup software to support your bespoke programme and build an evidence-based picture of your ongoing health and wellbeing choices. All you need to do is access the software and complete a short 90 second survey each day so that you can review your data periodically with your programme director. This data can then be used to identify opportunities for changing certain behaviours if desired.
Registration and set up: After registering on plan with The Summit Path you will be registered as a user on the T-cup software by your programme director. Once this step has been completed you will receive an email to confirm your T-Cup registration which includes a link to set up your personalised account within the T-Cup software.
Ongoing access: You can access the software through your browser on both desktop and mobile devices. A link to the T-Cup platform can be found in the Positive Health Hub ‘Member Area’ on our website.
